From Little acorns grow great oaks, such is the story of Corner Farm Antiques, Shropshire's leading antique retailer with extensive carpeted showrooms in a delightful countryside setting.

Starting from humble beginnings in 1996, Tim Dams, with his partner Gina, has turned dilapidated farm buildings into a thriving family business.

We found the site almost by chance. It had been on the market for some time due to its overall condition but that day was the start of an exciting 20 year adventure culminating in the spacious 5,000 sq ft antiques complex it is today". Being located on a prominent A41 main road position, it is ideally situated between many local towns like Newport and Shifnal, Shrewsbury and the cities of Wolverampton (30 mins ) and Chester ( 1 hour ). Our close proximity ( 5 mins ) to M54 (j3) facilitates easy access to and from the M6, M5 network etc.

As a consequence of our location people regularly travel from all directions, and there is a vast choice on offer. Each item is specifically chosen for its overall appeal, practicality, presentation and value for money. Either in good original condition or carefully and systematically restored by our own team of craftsmen we take great pride in our wide range of stock. That certainly shows, but we have to work hard and cover a lot of ground in order to maintain such a high level of quality. Every new item is photographed and included on the website. We maintain high standards, have the widest choice of professionally restored antiques in Shropshire, possibly in the midlands.

Corner Farm Antiques is deceptively spacious - bigger than you think - with lots of rooms downstairs and up. There are plenty of nooks and crannies offering continuing surprises as you meander through the carpeted showrooms. Everywhere is clean and well presented.

There is an extensive collection of Georgian oak, a vast collection of Victorian and Edwardian mahogany/walnut, numerous tables and sets of chairs, a dozen fine Vienna regulators and between 200 and 300 other clocks and barometers. You will find a really comprehensive range of stock - almost everything you could ever hope to find. Even in the furniture category the list is too long to publish, but it is safe to say that alphabetically it probably starts with armoires, bookcases and buffets etc and goes right through to Windsors! And as they continue to develop they have recently installed seven glass display cabinets to house their wonderful collection of Victorian glass, china and other collectables.

Possibly the largest collection of clocks you are ever likely to see in one place, includes over 100 longcase/grandfather - probably the widest choice in the UK. Restoration Department
Corner Farm Antiques is pretty self sufficient with their own department. Restoration is becoming an increasingly significant part of the business, and we have a dedicated team of experienced craftsmen able and willing to take on jobs large and small. Courteous Staff
The enthusiastic staff are courteous and knowledgeable, leaving you to browse at your leisure in a relaxed atmosphere, but when required they are readily available to deal with your enquiry and offer professional advice. Tim's daughter Rosie recently graduated and she adds a new dimension to the business with jewellery and silver. Our advice is to pay them a visit.
